However, the most concerning issue is the lack of communication from Graywood Group. They have not provided any insight into the resolution of these issues and consistently take the stance that they are not obligated to inform investors and buyers about the timeline of repairs and damage in the building.

We must hold Graywood Group accountable for their actions and demand transparency and accountability in their dealings with purchasers and investors. Everyone deserves the right to know about the safety and quality of their living spaces.

We would like to bring attention to reports of troubling behavior by the sales staff at Graywood Group. It has been reported that post-purchase, the sales staff have been uncooperative, condescending and non-communicative towards investors and purchasers.

Inquiries consistently go unanswered, notifications for entry to units is insufficient in that the details of work needing done is vague and often times provided in a much tighter timeline than the required 24 hours notice. Additionally, notices for entry are provided and no contractors show up.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and goes against the values we hold as homeowners and investors. We cannot allow anyone to mistreat others in this manner.

Furthermore, it is concerning that there appears to be a stark contrast between the treatment potential customers receive before and after a purchase from Graywood Group. Before purchase, the company is communicative, polite, and transparent, but after a sale, investors and purchasers can expect extremely poor treatment.

We must demand that Graywood Group take immediate action to address these reports and ensure that their sales staff are held accountable for their actions. No one should have to endure such mistreatment, and we must work towards creating an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

Finishing Work in the Units

There are numerous complaints of sloppy finishing work at the Scout Condominium Development. Issues range from aesthetic issues (paint, drywall, grout/caulking, etc) to functionality of appliances, plumbing and electrical.

It is unacceptable for a development company to deliver such subpar workmanship and to not take responsibility for these issues.
